After unsuccessfully attempting to get a monument with the Ten Commandments on it removed, Atheists have placed a monument in Florida dedicated to their religion of “non-belief,” the growing religion of Atheism.

From the article:
“We’re not going to let them do it without a counterpoint,” Silverman said. “If we do it without a counterpoint, it’s going to appear very strongly that the government actually endorses one religion over another, or — I should say — religion in general over non-religion.”
As of today, only the theory of evolution is permitted to be taught in the government’s public schools.
Does this mean that public schools can now teach creationism as a “counterpoint” alternative to evolution?
If not, then it appears very strongly that the government actually endorses one religion (Atheism) over another (Jewish and / or Christian).
